Regarding that ActionPad ad
In a way I guess you must have achieved one heck of a fame in life to be mocked like this after your death. But that doesn’t mean it isn’t one of the most tasteless things I have seen for a while now.
If you haven’t seen the ad in question, go to either site in the via links at the bottom of this article, I won’t link to such crap on my site. I will, however, offer my comments and thought about this junk.
Steve Jobs said something about Microsoft a whole lot of years ago and I think what he said back then is even more true about this crap:
they just have no taste. They have absolutely no taste. And I don’t mean that in a small way, I mean that in a big way, in the sense that they don’t think of original ideas
But the real kicker in this shit-storm? This statement from one of the representatives of Action Electronics:
Steve Jobs always promoted things that were good for people, Apple products, so his image can also promote other things that are good.
Logic, it would seem, is not the strong suit of Action Electronics. Just like they have absolutely no fucking taste what so ever.
